How long can I rent a power bank for?

Power banks are rented in 30-minute increments. After a certain number of blocks, you’ll be charged a flat fee for a 24-hour rental to prevent higher costs. A deposit is held on your payment card when you rent. If you return the power bank within 24 hours, you’ll only be charged for the time used, and the remainder of the deposit is refunded. If you keep the power bank longer than 24 hours, the deposit is retained, and the power bank becomes yours to keep.

Can I rent more than one power bank at a time?

Yes, you can rent as many power banks as you need, which is especially convenient if you’re traveling with multiple devices or a group. Each rental is tracked separately, and you can return the power banks to any available station.

What happens if I don’t return the power bank?

If a power bank is not returned within 24 hours, the deposit placed at the time of rental will be kept, and the power bank becomes yours to keep.

Where and how can I return the power bank?

You can return the power bank to any Be On Charging station, regardless of where you rented it. Our app makes the process easy by providing a map of all available stations. Are there any fees if I return the power bank to a different location than where I rented it?

No, there are no additional fees for returning the power bank to a different Be On Charging station. You can conveniently return it to any available station, regardless of where you originally rented it.

Is there a deposit required when renting a power bank?

Yes, a deposit is held on your payment card when you rent a power bank. If the power bank is returned within 24 hours, only the rental charge for the time used is deducted, and the remaining deposit is refunded. If the power bank is kept for more than 24 hours, the full deposit is retained, and the power bank becomes yours.

Each power bank is equipped with two types of LED indicators to show the charging status. The first is a set of four lights that turn off one by one as the battery depletes. The second is a color-changing LED on top of the power bank that glows blue when fully charged, green when partially charged, and red when the battery level drops to 20%.
